Following on from our recent blog about our relocation to our new London HQ at New Cavendish Street in the heart of Fitzrovia, we promised to keep you posted about any other exciting developments.
The first one is to announce the appointment of Solange Semedo as our Data Protection Officer (DPO) and legal counsel.
This appointment is a major step forward in two respects:
Solange is a multilingual legal professional with over 10 years’ experience. This allows ETZ to service clients at the highest level across all of Europe, the Americas, Africa and the Far East.
Solange has seen how legislation is applied and impacts businesses from three different perspectives.
GDPR is set to pose challenges for all organisations. With extra regulatory and legal expertise now onboard, we are better able to help you overcome any compliance barriers that your recruitment business faces.
Your firm holds some of the most personal information about candidates; CVs containing educational and employment histories, qualifications and accreditations and copies of passports and work visas; driving licenses and perhaps medical disclosures.
Add in the results of psych tests or other selection methodologies, and it is essential that GDPR compliant standards of data security are in place.
ETZ joins up the dots of the recruitment back office while implementing GDPR compliance. This reduces back office processing costs by up to 85%. To find out more and to see what we do to maximise efficiency and enable you to meet your regulatory obligations under GDPR, just sign up for our demo.
