What is ETZ?

ETZ is a full-stack of back office software designed and developed for recruitment agencies to improve their back-office operations.

Can we use ETZ remotely?

ETZ is accessible on any device, anywhere in the world. Meaning your team can access any of our tools from anywhere with internet access.

Can we still use our existing software?

Yes, ETZ integrates with the industry’s top software. See our partners here or get in touch with our team.

Does ETZ support multi-currencies?

ETZ supports any currency making it perfect for international recruitment operations.

What integrations do you have?

We have API integrations with the following: Bullhorn, Jobadder, Xero, Quickbooks, Tempaid, Key Pay. Non-API integrations (CSV) include Sage, Matrix, Adecco, as well as most major banks for payment export files.

How do you integrate with Bullhorn?

The integration with Bullhorn will be handled by ETZ, with the client’s permission. Currently, the integration is only one way, pushing Bullhorn data to ETZ.

Can we integrate with our existing payroll software?

We have API integrations with KeyPay and Xero.

How many users can we add?

You can have as few or as many users as you wish.

Is your development team based in the UK?

The in-house development team is based in the UK. None of our development is outsourced.

Can we manually process timesheets?

Yes, this can be done in the Incoming Timesheet Images area of the system. Please consult the knowledge base for further detail:

Where is our data hosted and is it secure?

The ETZ platform is hosted on the Microsoft Azure cloud service, which includes 99% uptime and all the security you would expect from Microsoft. In terms of platform security, our in-house platform Goowid uses 128-bit encryption for passwords on the system.

How long does the set-up process take after signing up?

The onboarding process can vary based on your number of contractors, any integrations you may need and the amount of staff that require training. It is recommended to have at least two one hour’s sessions on the system to grasp the basic knowledge, alongside continuous on-demand support from the onboarding team.
